A credible threat changes the security requirement immediately.
Privateer provides urgent protective presence, controlled access, employee and customer safety support, property defense, evacuation support, and documented security for businesses facing threatening behavior, a difficult termination, threatened violence, a bomb threat, or civil disorder.
If violence is occurring, a weapon is present, or there is an immediate threat to life, call 911 first.
Threat Conditions
Do not force a routine guard plan onto a non-routine threat.
The correct response may be one armed officer at a controlled door, several officers around a large property, a documented termination detail, a protected arrival and departure plan, or temporary facility security coordinated with police.
Disgruntled Employees and Customers
Protect entrances, reception, management, employees, residents, work areas, and parking transitions when threatening behavior creates a credible concern.
High-Risk Terminations
Support management before, during, and after a termination with controlled access, visible security, protected movement, property-return procedures, and documented observations.
Threatened Mass Violence
Establish an immediate protective presence, strengthen access control, support management safety decisions, and coordinate information with law enforcement when a threat references weapons or mass harm.
Bomb Threats and Suspicious Items
Support evacuation, perimeter control, access restriction, assembly-area security, and law-enforcement coordination. Privateer does not search for, touch, assess, or render safe explosive devices.
Protest and Riot Risk
Protect private property, control authorized access, support evacuation, document activity, secure assets, and maintain a lawful defensive perimeter during escalating civil disorder.

Rapid Threat Intake
Privateer needs the actual behavior—not a sanitized summary.
Tell operations exactly what was said or done, who witnessed it, whether the subject has access, whether weapons were mentioned or observed, what police have been told, and when the next predictable contact may occur.
- Preserve messages, emails, voicemails, photographs, access logs, video, and written witness accounts.
- Provide photographs or identifying information lawfully available to the organization and relevant to the protective mission.
- Identify doors, gates, parking areas, schedules, vulnerable transitions, protected persons, and likely contact points.
- Name the management decision-maker, legal or HR contact, and law-enforcement agency or report number when available.
Bomb Threat Response
Protect people and the perimeter. Do not improvise explosive-device work.
Emergency Notification
Call 911 and follow the direction of law enforcement, fire, bomb technicians, and the facility’s emergency plan. Privateer should not be the first and only notification.
Evacuation Support
Support protective movement, assembly-area security, access restriction, accountability, and safe separation from the threatened area under responsible direction.
Scene Protection
Hold assigned private-property perimeter points, prevent unauthorized re-entry, preserve observations, and support public responders without handling a suspicious object.
Civil Disturbance and Riot Response
Private property still needs a deliberate security plan when public order breaks down.
Privateer can deploy for private-property access control, facility defense, safe movement, protected loading or egress, observation, documentation, asset protection, and lawful response to criminal conduct. Government agencies may also request support for a defined public mission.
- Establish clear property boundaries, protected entrances, relief routes, and command communications.
- Separate lawful expressive activity from trespass, property damage, assault, fire-setting, forced entry, or other criminal behavior.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when conditions exceed the private mission.

Confirm the property decision-maker, legal or HR direction, police coordination, access list, and post boundaries.
Acceptance
Privateer confirms staffing, equipment, activation fee, deployment time, command contact, and continuing coverage.
Urgent Threat Activation
If the threat is credible enough to discuss, it is credible enough to plan around.
