Privateer Security Forces, L.L.C. — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

Privateer Security Forces, L.L.C. (“Privateer,” “we,” “us”) provides private security services and operates the Full Sail™ platform and related client portals (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (the “Site”), communicate with us, use our Platform, or are referenced in incident documentation or recorded evidence created during security operations.

1) Who this policy applies to

This Policy applies to:

2) Roles and control (important in real life)

Privateer may provide services to a property owner/manager, HOA, worksite, or other customer (“Client”). In that context:

3) Information we collect

A. Information you provide directly

B. Information generated through security operations (Operational Data)

Depending on the service model and property configuration, we may collect or create:

C. Information collected automatically (Site + Platform)

4) Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels

We use cookies and similar technologies for Site and Platform functionality, analytics, and marketing.

A. Analytics tools

We use:

These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location inferred from IP address, device/browser information, and interactions with our Site.

B. Your choices

You can limit or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can also use provider controls (for example, Google’s analytics controls and Meta’s ad preference controls) to limit certain tracking.

5) Passwords and authentication

We do not store passwords in plaintext. For Portal accounts, passwords are stored using one-way hashing (not a decryptable format). If you lose access, we use password reset workflows rather than retrieving a stored password.

6) How we use information

We use information to:

7) AI-assisted processing

The Platform may use AI-assisted features to support operations and workflow efficiency (for example: generating or improving search, extracting text, creating summaries, producing transcripts, or indexing content). AI outputs are operational aids and may be reviewed, corrected, or supplemented by personnel.

8) How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information:

9) Data location, cloud hosting, and global access

Our primary application servers and databases are hosted in U.S.-based Microsoft Azure regions.

We also use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to deliver Site content and improve performance and availability. Because CDNs operate globally, certain content and request metadata (such as IP address and device/browser headers) may be processed and temporarily cached by CDN edge systems outside the United States, even though our primary systems of record are U.S.-based.

Portal Users may access the Platform from anywhere in the world (for example, while traveling), subject to account permissions and security controls.

10) Data retention

Retention depends on operational need, Client configuration, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Operational records (including incident reports and supporting evidence) are retained for multi-year operational continuity and follow-through, and may be retained longer where necessary for investigations, disputes, litigation holds, compliance, or security/audit requirements.

11) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information (including access controls, role-based permissions, logging, and secure cloud infrastructure). No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If required by applicable law, we will provide legally required notices of certain security incidents involving personal information.

12) Your choices and requests

A. Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by emailing unsub@privateersecurity.com. We may still send non-marketing messages (e.g., service notices, security notices, or account/admin communications).

B. Portal accounts

Portal Users may be able to review or update certain account information via account settings (if enabled) or by contacting support.

C. Individuals in operational records (including residents/tenants)

If you are seeking access to or action regarding property incident records, footage, notices, or related workflows, your request may need to be directed to the Client/property manager/HOA that controls the portal configuration for that property. Where appropriate and lawful, we will cooperate with Clients and lawful requests.

13) Links to third parties

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or features. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

14) Children

The Site and Platform are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

15) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and/or communicated through the Platform where appropriate.
