Private Estates
Dedicated officers for defined entrances, grounds, guest periods, property transitions, and other approved residential-security assignments.
Privateer provides discreet, scheduled on-site security officers for qualifying estates, controlled entrances, residential projects, resort properties, and high-value sites where presentation, judgment, privacy, and documentation all matter.
Paradise Valley assignments can involve residences, guests, domestic staff, vendors, contractors, management companies, construction teams, and hospitality operations sharing the same controlled environment. The officer must protect the property without becoming careless, theatrical, or intrusive.
Dedicated officers for defined entrances, grounds, guest periods, property transitions, and other approved residential-security assignments.
Client-approved workflows for arrivals, deliveries, service companies, construction personnel, and restricted areas.
Scheduled site coverage for materials, equipment, subcontractors, gates, changing conditions, and after-hours activity.
Qualifying posts supporting controlled access, property operations, sensitive areas, service entrances, and documented response.
Defined-duration protection during ownership transitions, major work, closures, damage, or other periods of elevated property risk.
Coverage coordinated with owners, estate managers, property managers, project leaders, or authorized representatives.
A Paradise Valley officer may need to maintain a low-friction presence while still enforcing post orders, recognizing anomalies, managing access, responding lawfully, and preserving an accurate record. Full Sail keeps management informed without requiring the officer to turn every routine interaction into a spectacle.
Planned assignments where a dedicated officer or team protects one qualifying property under clear instructions.
These are separate operating models that we do not advertise or accept through this Paradise Valley service.
We learn the property, schedule, authorized contacts, access points, privacy needs, duties, and recurring concerns.
Post orders define appearance, access, communications, documentation, escalation, equipment, and prohibited actions.
Qualified personnel are selected for the assignment, briefed on the property, and scheduled with relief requirements considered.
The assignment launches with Full Sail visibility, reporting expectations, management review, and a defined chain of contact.
Potentially, yes. We review the property, authorized decision-maker, duties, schedule, privacy expectations, staffing, and launch timing before accepting the assignment.
Not necessarily. Static means dedicated to one client property. Post orders may include the gate, interior or exterior rounds, camera monitoring, contractor control, deliveries, and incident response across that location.
No. Paradise Valley coverage is dedicated on-site service only. Privateer does not offer shared mobile patrol routes, nightclub or bar security, bouncer work, or retail loss-prevention programs in this market.
Access, reporting, media, notifications, and user permissions are scoped around authorized roles and the client’s operational requirements. The exact information-handling plan is defined before launch.
Tell us the location, schedule, site type, duties, start date, and authorized point of contact. We will determine whether the assignment fits Privateer’s Paradise Valley Static Post model.
